This policy applies to personal information that Free Accounting Pty Ltd collects. Free Accounting Pty Ltd collects personal information that is necessary for the provision of our products, services and website.

Free Accounting Pty Ltd is a CPA practice. As such Free Accounting Pty Ltd has established and maintained a system of quality control in accordance with the relevant Accounting Professional & Ethical Standards Board Limited (APESB) standard. As a result, our files may be subject to review as part of the quality control review program of CPA Australia which monitors compliance with professional standards by its members. If requested by CPA Australia your information may be made available under this program.

Information Security

Free Accounting Pty Ltd takes appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss of data. Our information security measures include:

1. Password protection of your account;
2. Physical security of your information on our servers; and
3. Daily data backups.

Currently we do not encrypt internet communications. We recommend that you do not store highly confidential information in this accounting system including credit card numbers.

Transborder Data Flows

Free Accounting Pty Ltd is an Australian company and does not transfer your information to organizations outside of Australia.
